It is surrounded by the forest complex, as well as with many herbs such as oregano, sword grass, laurel, thyme, mint, chamomile, rockrose, wild berries. In the Monastery, there is a large organic beehive that is fed from small flowers.

THYME:
The favourite plant of bees, hence the famous thyme honey.
It has rich antiseptic properties, which make it the main ingredient of mouthwash and bronchitis treatment preparations.
